February 2024
- We have our First Floor Slab loaded with bricks & our structural steel is installed
- We have our First Floor scaffold lifted, T-Bars are installed & brickwork is now 95% completed
January 2024
- We have had a huge progressive work month again! Achieving our January goals, we have poured the FF slab & let it cure over the Christmas Break
- Stripped & removed formwork, installed scaffold, GF & FF structural steel & columns installed & completed brick loading the FF slab
December 2023
- We have made massive progress this month including loading the ground floor slab, completed ground floor brickwork & installed all structural steel
- Reaching our December goals, we have completed the first floor formwork, installed handrails, installed all structural steel & had the reo installed & inspected
- All electrical, plumbing & air con prelays have been completed & we will pour the concrete suspended slab on the 22/12 to cure over the Christmas Break.
November 2023
- We have completed the Ground Floor slab pour, plumbing drains & brick load
- Brick walls are progressing for Ground Floor
- Before Christmas we have scheduled the First Floor slab form, reo install, electrical & plumbing prelays & pour the suspended concrete slab for curing over the Christmas break.
October 2023
- We have completed the new boundary wall & poured the new pool shell
- Earthworks is now completed & GF footings / slab has commenced
September 2023
- We have completed a stunning, modern & boutique home design & have submitted to the shire for Building Permit
- Working & Structural drawings have been completed & scheduling is underway
- Site preparation has commenced & so has replacing the collapsed boundary wall
- We are scheduled to pour the shell of the pool early October once we have received the Building Permit
August 2023
- We have completed a stunning, modern & very boutique home design & have now received the DA Approval
- The demolition of the old home is now complete
- Selections, Working & Structural Drawings are progressing & all going to plan, we will start quoting in September
- We are working towards breaking ground early October
July 2023
- We have completed a stunning, modern and very boutique home design and submitted the drawings to shire for DA approval
- Selections, Working & Structural Drawings have commenced & we are waiting on DA approval to complete these & start quoting
- The tired old 1960’s home has been demolished & we are working towards breaking ground in September / October
June 2023
- We have completed a stunning, modern and very boutique home design and submitted the drawings to shire for DA approval
