Pindari is a home that combines a homely yet modern design with natural tones and a relaxing ambience. The clear lines, spacious layout, and clever separation of different living zones create a sense of openness while still ensuring privacy. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels flood the interiors with light, while the lush trees and Italian window treatments provide natural seclusion. Behind the architectural aspect, this home has been designed to operate in complete autonomy and off the grid, with a battery and an 18 KW solar power system, a bore for garden irrigation, and an advanced water filtration system that ensures high water quality throughout the home. Addressing the needs of modern families and individuals who live life to the fullest, this home design is based on the principle of enjoying more, setting the levels of house maintenance and work to the minimum.

The home’s grand entrance opens directly to the pool area, aligning with the principles of feng shui and creating a harmonious flow from the outdoors to the indoors. The expansive living space is dressed with large Travertine Minimal White ceramic slabs, minimal walls, and glass doors that create a seamless connection to the outdoors. The lounge and massive dining area offer panoramic views of the garden and swimming pool, which surround the space, creating a sense of tranquillity and openness. The levitating staircase consisting of brushed oak, “flowing” from the top floor and passing through the dramatic background of Grande Marble Pura Calcatta ceramic slabs on the wall, is simply an object of art.

The “heart” of this home, the kitchen, behind its clear lines and architectural statement, hides a plethora of technology, convenience and comfort. The grand breakfast bar, finished with Minimal White Vein ceramic slabs, suitable to accommodate the daily meals of a big family, becomes the point where family and friends will sit around to socialise, cook together and have drinks with minimal formality and preparations. The “temple” of cooking is equipped with an impressive array of the rare, Swiss-made V-Zug appliances – the “Bentley” of home appliances – including two conventional ovens, two steam ovens, two plate warmers, the revolutionary Invisible induction cooktop integrating an induction cooktop directly into the ceramic benchtop, eliminating traditional hotplates, and a practical pot tap to fill pots while on the cooktop. With ample storage, the scullery hides another surprise: A 5m² walk-in cool room providing substantial space for fresh produce, ideal for large families or those who love to entertain.

The Master Suite is a luxurious sanctuary, spanning 98m² square meters, including the super king bedroom suite with its private balcony, a 17m² dressing room and an imposing 20m² ensuite dressed in the dramatic black of Grande Marble Pura Calcatta ceramic slabs. Oak floors add warmth and sophistication to the space, which occupies more than one-third of the total square metreage of the top floor. Behind them is a heavy, black architectural door that seals the entrance to the suite.

Each bedroom is a king-size suite, offering approximately 30m² of space with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in robes. On the ground floor, next to the swimming pool, is the 35m² guest suite, independent from the main house, with direct access to the swimming pool, the bonsai garden and the outdoor entertainment area. It can incorporate a variety of uses as the current owners have turned it into a luxurious gym, with a soft rubber floor for added comfort.

The outdoor living areas provide a variety of options. An extremely low-maintenance garden embraces the building area of the house in a combination of greenery, flowers, artificial turf, rocks and pebbles. Substantial in size, the home office is located next to the main entrance and the garage, providing a dedicated space for business or private meetings. The ample natural light streams through a glass wall overlooking the garden, ensuring a pleasant and productive environment.
