- First Floor internal ceilings & plastering are being installed
- First Floor glazing is now completed & the front elevation is being textured
January 2024
- The concrete roof slab has been poured, cured & formwork has been stripped & removed
- The Roof Slab is now waterproofed
- FF electrical, aircon tubes have been completed & internal plaster has commenced
December 2023
- We have loaded the First Floor bricks & completed the First Floor concrete walls & built the First Floor internal brickwork
- The Concrete slab roof has been formed up, reinforcing installed & all prelays completed & will be poured on the 21/12
November 2023
- The First Floor slab has been poured & First Floor external concrete walls are now completed & we are starting the First Floor brickwork
- Concrete roof slab will be formed, poured & curing over Dec / Jan
October 2023
- The Ground Floor walls are complete & the garage walls have been backfilled
- Pool has been installed & the surrounding limestone poured & sealed
September 2023
- The Ground Floor suspended slab has been poured & external concrete walls poured
- Pool has been lifted in & installed & the slab is being honed ready for brickwork
August 2023
- Earthworks, backfilling & compacting is progressing
- Leach drains have been installed
- Ground floor & suspended slab formwork has been completed & the pool base has been poured
July 2023
- Earthworks, rock breaking, forming & pouring the basement retaining footings & walls are well underway.
- We have stripped the completed walls, waterproofed them & backfilling is in progress
June 2023
- We have received our Build Permit from the shire & mobilised on site
- Earthworks have commenced & we are progressing well with rock breaking, forming & pouring the basement footings & have commenced the concrete walls
May 2023
- We have the “go ahead” from our Client now & have submitted the working drawings to shire for Building Permit
- Earthworks are scheduled to commence early June & when confirmed we can create a timeline & create a site work schedule
April 2023
- We are awaiting the “go ahead” from our Client to submit the drawings to shire for Building Approval & then we can create a timeline & commence site works.
March 2023
- We are awaiting the “go ahead” from our Client to submit the drawings to shire for Building Licence & then we can create a timeline & commence site works.
February 2023
- We are in the final stages of completing our scheduling / quoting and are working with our Client to submit to shire for building licence approval with the aim of commencing work on site in March.
January 2023
- We have completed an amazing concept design for our Client for their new luxury custom home on a very challenging block with incredible City views and have submitted the drawings to the shire for D.A. approval.
- Architectural Working drawings, structural engineering and interior design selections are now completed.
- Currently, we are scheduling and quoting the works and aim to provide this to our Client mid-Feb with the aim of commencing on-site in March.

- We have now received D.A approval
